Minutes of PTA(E.C) meetings (2008-09 and onwards)
Parent teachers meeting was held in the Vidyalaya on following dates 14.10.08,11.12.08,12.12.08,22.01.08,18.02.09
1) Parents were abreast by the progress of their ward in academics and co-curricular activities and actions to be
taken for the betterment and perfection.
2) Parents were adviced to visit the Vidyalaya frequently to know the performance of their ward and have regular
watch in studies of their ward.
3) Parents were inform for sending their ward in extra classes and remedial classes in different subjects which
are going to arranged during vaccation.
4) Parents were asked to guide their wards in preparing a study time table, special emphasis should be laid on
provision of nutritious diet.
5) Parent should be vigilant about the over all personality of their words in his/her day to day activities
6) Parents were requested to send their words in neat and proper uniform.
7) Parents were individually councelled by the subject teacher.
8) Parents of slow learners were specially councelled by subject teachers.The subject teachers discussed the
individual problem of each student in their respective subjects.
9) Parents were requested to send their wards regularly to the school so that revision work may be done properly.
10)Parents were advised to give proper study material,practice books and sample paper for regular practice of
their ward.
11)Principle held detailed discussion with the parents apperised the parents of the performance of their wards and
motivated the students to work harder to improve their result.
12)Parent have been advisted to co-operate as one pole of the system. As success of teaching and learning is
only where teacher taught and parents come close together.
