Acquisition of land
The members discussed and suggested and Honorable Nominee Chairman, VMC agreed that
(i) The land for K V Rishikesh offered by the district authority at Raiwala may be selected and Transferred to KVS on priority basis as no other land is available in village Rishikesh for construction of Vidyalaya building. In this regard principal, KV Rishikesh may be approached to KVS authority to reconsider the site near Raiwala or IDPL authority may be asked for transfer of existing land & building to KVS on free of cost, so that the future of 914 students and 33 staff memeber may be saved.
(ii)All the members were of the opinion that the matter of term & condition of school building/staff quarters should be finalized on top priority basis under the guidance of Honorable Chairman, VMC(HQ) as IDPL authorities imposing rent @ 54750/- per month of Vidyalaya building and licence fee of staff quarters on higher rates.

1 Suitable land for construction of Vidyalya Building should be finalized on priority basis with the help of District authority so that the future of the 932 students must be saved
2. All the members were of the opinion that a mwtter of terms & condition of school building /staff quarters should be finalized on priority basis under the guidance of honorable Chairman, VMC, KVR/KVS(HQ), as IDPL authorities imposing rent @54759/- per month of VIdyalaya building and licence fee of staff quarters on higher rates.
